Hi Jim! Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the slow reply – I’ve been on maternity leave so am catching up again with things now. I had sought out the information about One Mongolia and added it to the map because Mongolia was not represented before that. At the moment, I don’t know about Open Education events or initiatives in Mongolia since then – if you happen to find out about any, please do add them to the map though 🙂 Best wishes, Katy

Can anyone help? I would like to find out the first published use of the phrase “technology-enhanced learning.” I used it in the following article: Bocchi, J.S., F. Weyand & V. Watson. “Technology-Enhanced Learning in Industry and Higher Education: Preliminary Report of a ‘Gap’ Analysis.” The Technology Source. May 1999. I want to know if this is the first time TEL is referenced.
